I have experienced quite the struggle with myself the last couple days. Although i have exercised, i havent cared over what i put into my body. This is 1 of the most difficult days for me, because i will probably never get to experience motherhood. Trying to stay strong, and start fresh tomorrow :(

Truth I went to the hospital today to speak with a stroke and ms specialist. Thankfully they have ruled on my incident last week and it wasn't a stroke. I took the dogs on 2 long walks tonight. The air was just perfect outside. Not too hot or cold. 1 1/2 hours we walked in total. Over 13000 steps logged so far today :p But I'm getting hungry now and i think I want some dinner before bed. I'm looking forward to reporting my weigh in tomorrow morning. B)

For the people who aren't so good with dogs I have a couple suggestions :) - Swim laps ;) - Use a gym or fitness club. :D - Walk around a stadium track B) - Walk in your local mall - some even have walking clubs :p - Walk your grocery store. :# (I can take over an hour just to buy 2 or 3 items cause I simply walk from 1…

I like to make homemade pizza/flatbread for dinner and have enough for lunch the next day. Cottage cheese with veggies and/or fruit was my go to this week. My success of the week was sticking to my meal plans every meal this week. (Except the day I was at the hospital and wasn't allowed to eat - as soon as I was allowed I ate....but it wasn't my planned food cause I was still at the hospital) So I am proud of that! :p

I also agree with others here. Add more protein and drop the fruit rice and potatoes. I have 3 eggs with cheese for Breakfast.
