I also overindulged for the holiday both Sunday and Monday. On a positive note, I hit all of my goals last week Monday through Saturday. Progress, not perfection. Back on track for this week.

Same pants - 11 days apart. My husband commented last weekend that all the weight I’ve lost has been from my midsection. Im ok with this!! Awesome results!

Thursday Weigh Day PW: 254.0 CW: 253.6 Happy with this as the last week has been hectic as heck and I wasn't successful at meeting my goals for steps, workouts, calories...
