  • Just continuing the work I've started. I just started a week ago. I need to lose 50lbs to get to my goal weight of 190. My problem isn't so much food but alcohol. I have been alcohol free for 9 days. I have a desk job and also need to be more active. How many w̶i̶s̶h̶e̶s̶ resolutions do we get?
  • I would love to get under 200 lbs then to 185 where I'm very comfortable. I would then really like to keep it off. I can drop the weight. I am less confident ill keep it off. As to what id liked to do? Just live a more active lifestyle. Damn you Netflix. CW:263.
