Me 1 LNS 1 Went to a Super Bowl party with my husband to avoid being home as it still feels empty without our older dog. Unfortunately I didn't have the best food choices. And snacked on a chocolate chip cookie later in the evening.

Daily post for morning: Yesterday Track ❌ Calories ❌ Exercise ✔ So still struggling to get back on track with the eating but did manage to get in a 2 mile walk in between my runs at the agility trial.

Me 1 LNS 0 Yesterday we unexpectedly said goodbye to our senior dog. My husband, younger dog and I are still grieving. I will try to stick with this challenge on these early days of mourning even if I am not tracking. I know each day will get easier but it is really hard right now.

Hi Team Slimsons I am 55 and this will be my fourth month on the challenge. I have lost 37 lbs and being part of this group has really helped. Especially the daily accountability challenge. I am setting my goal at 8 lbs this month. 🤞 Looking forward to another month with this group. Let's ROCK this Team Slimsons!!!
