Got it, and how does this not turn into fat over a period of time ? Or is it not a daily thing to eat large amounts of junk food for calorie increase

Definitely noticed the same, when I don't eat added sugar for a few days I no longer crave it as much, congrats on the weight loss !

Yeah I think it's the changes in diet! So annoying isn't it as organic tends to be more pricey but that's life

Hey, just like the weight gain didn't happen overnight the weight loss also might be a journey but with the right recipes, portion size and exercise I'm sure you'll get to where you want to be! I have the biggest sweet tooth and dark chocolate helps me because it is more bitter so makes me eat less of it, good luck ! :)

Idk I guess the U.K. and USA produce food very differently then, and well after seeing the impact I wouldn't say psych issues influenced any of my question it was more just to see if people had similar experiences so that I could ask them for advice

I get that completely but even a bowl of porridge or tomato soup would hurt my stomach, I was eating healthy but then I found out fruit is sprayed with pesticides ( I'm guessing depending on state ) and it just all went downhill, over spring break I returned home and my stomach was fine again then I went back to the states…

I'm the same, and I realise even tho I gained a little through lifting weights I look leaner but I completely understand what you mean, I recommend working on toning the body through light weights

When people wait at the machine you are on because they want you to finish, so much pressure and annoying if I'm only been on it for like 2 minutes

I'm so sorry to hear this, I'm at the very low end of healthy bmi and sometimes I still feel very self conscious so it's more about needing to uplift yourself mentally - perhaps something accelerates you feeling self conscious which could be a barrier between positive thinking, good luck with your journey ☘️⭐️⭐️

I reckon I need to pace myself yeah ! Cause I do tend to panic that i haven't had any water then drink it all which probably makes me feel sluggish! I defo agree with earlier comments of using a straw, doesn't feel like I'm drinking water and get through much more

Yeah I noticed that when I eat more salt I get bloated and when I drink water it kinda doesn't look as bloated ! Thank you for the reply :)

I agree I mean I defo notice benefits when I'm hydrated I think I just need to get into the routine of drinking water more - thank you for the help :)
