Mary, hot tub sounds like the perfect answer to the vertigo problem. Lol Well I had an orthopedic made that is better than the over the counter one I use. I have flat feet and my ankle rolls in. Dr says it could take a year to be better. Hopefully this orthopedic will help. Terry
