I have had 4 c sections and I have the pooch.. And I have lost a lot of weight b4 and it was still there. So this time after I get where I want to be.. I'm gonna go get the mommy package.. Woot woot! Very excited about it to.. :)

I could sure use a caramel frappe this morning. Went to bed at 930 and woke up at 530. Didn't seem like I slept at all. I am good also. Just trying to keep my weight down of course. Lol

I just started doing water aerobics in our pool.. Lots of fun and it can get pretty intense.

When we used to live in west plains, Missouri.. We used to have stuff like the blues festival. Its pretty cool.. And in cave city Arkansas we had the watermelon festival.

At first it seems hard to keep track. But once you just keep making yourself do it .. It'll all come natural. I've done MFP a few years ago and lost 60 lbs. So I know it works from exsperience.. Now I'm back in it again.. Since I've had 2 more kids and I'm threw. Lol.. 4 kids is enough for me.

Well today's the day. Fixen to get my kiddos fed then start in on a work out. Maybe some stretches first. Then some sit ups or crunches. Push ups.. Butt crunches for sure(need a toned booty) lol. Leg lifts.. And some jumping jacks.. Wooo
