^ This. You won't lose weight faster doing keto it's just another way to get your calorie deficit. Keto seems like so much trouble for nothing. My indigestion would be unbelievable with that much fat.

What are your stats? If 1200 cals a day is only a 0.4lb a week loss then your maintenance isn't much higher. Like I said, you're going to have to deal with hunger or see a doctor. If you eat 250cals a day more you'll be gaining weight based on what you've given.
