My advice would be to cut out 100 cals, at least until you're ready to take on a greater deficit. What's 100 calories right? You'll lose very slowly but at least you'll be losing something while getting psyched up.

Yes and how much cheaper they are! And how you can go anywhere and not a specialized plus size store. Ugh I'm so happy. I live on a tight budget and buying new clothes always broke the bank. Now I can go right to the clearance rack and I know my size will be there.

Yes I went to a store and the jeans were sized s,m,l etc. and I had to get a small. I'm still overweight. 29" waist and 38" hips. What size are people 20lbs lighter than me?! LOL xxxsmall man oh man

Hmm, when I was younger I wore an 8 around the same weight I am now and I'm fitting into size 7 so not too much of a difference. Your fat could be distributed differently. Where you carried your weight before could be different from where you carry your weight now. Just a thought.

If you're talking about lunch meat you should try weighing it. My turkey breast slices say 50g is 4 slices and 50 calories. Well actually 50grams is like 8 slices. It gets crazy.
