I am very much interested in health and nutrition but I wasn't always, I grew into this person. I was definitely the girl stuffing my face with junk but now I'm not. You can't have an interest in something you don't know exists. Meaning someone might share your passion for maintenance once they learn about it.

lololol a DoubleDouble is a Canadian thing. It's 2 cream and 2 sugars.

They have machines that proportion the amount of sugar for the size of the cup. 15cals is 1teaspoon of sugar. An XL coffee won't have a teaspoon of sugar in it. I'd say order a black coffee and put your own cream/sugar in it. Or guess. I honestly can't tell if I just repeated what you said lol @cmriverside

I save a *kitten* ton of money. I save a *kitten* ton of embarrassment. I still drink alcohol but maybe once every couple of months when it was once a day before. The periods between drinks keep growing and I think eventually I won't even touch the stuff. I do some stupid *kitten* while drinking.
