@speyerj & @Wanderlinglight My brother had bariatric surgery about 6 years ago and has kept off the weight, but he changed his life and now is an avid diver and hiker. He absolutely loves food, and cooks up a storm all the time...but can't eat it all. He got free surgery through the NZ health system, it was an incentive…

@darksunapril I've been tracking those weights at the bottom and have never lost that much in 5 weeks, its almost 5kgs less than what you currently weigh at that time. I'm going to be here for a long time as I still need to lose 27kgs, so steady and slow wins the race...this time around!!

I went on a solo walk this morning, it's just over three miles to the mouth and back home. It was so good for me!

@speyerj You are smashing your goals! Glad you are recovering so quickly! Great loss! I went for a trail walk with some friends this morning, I've been on a high all day! The weather is crisp and cool but so sunny, and the terrain was rugged and hilly, with lots of acacia trees and aloes, very typical in our area, we've…

@ AlexandraFindsHerself1971 Congratulations! That's exciting, you have a busy month ahead! My grandfather wore a built-up shoe, he fell off a swing when he was little and that damaged his hip, he suffered in silence over so many years (medicine wasn't as advanced) So I hope you get the help you need!!
