  • I snack quite a bit, and it helps me to know that I am not restricted from any foods. I know that as long as I am in a calorie deficit at the end of the day, then it's all good. I usually choose healthy snacks and try to get more protein in that way. I find that if I start eating sugary snacks, then I definitely crave them…
