I am definitely over 50. I am overweight but trying to lose 20lbs. I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. Hope things can get back on track for me tomorrow. My last house guest left an hour ago. I am exhausted. Possibility of storms all day Saturday, so I better get out tomorrow. This is a hectic week for me with out of town guests arriving tomorrow and staying a few days. I will be back in the swing of things Friday. My hope is to go on a nice long bike ride, if the weather cooperates.

I have lost track what day this one is. I have been doing them every day even if I don't have much time to be on here. I will be glad when this hectic week is over. I stress out big time, under pressure, but I have noticed the yoga does help some. Friday everything should be back to normal for me.

Week 1 Day 2 - done I have been cleaning and trying to get ready for my company next week. I did manage to get the yoga done. It has been stormy here today, so a good day to stay inside. The next round of storms will be hit later this evening. Power better not go out, I want to watch that new show "Salvation" tonight.

I am 62. Trying to lose a few pounds. I am active, I have started the C25k, I am in my 2nd week. I also bike ride, lift weights and do yoga. Today I did 21 miles on my bike. The older you get, the harder it is to stay fit.

@LesleyRoth, this round finished yesterday, not sure if there will be a 3rd round or not. @daneejela is the one that is hosting this and she hasn't said anything about continuing it.
