  • I would keep track of my food here on MFP. It is a great tool and gives you caloric and nutrient value. Maybe you are getting too much of a bad thing and not enough good. Read labels. I was shocked at how much sodium is in a Lean Cuisine. Also up your exercise game a bit.

  • This morning I weighed 153lbs, a pound less than my June goal. I received a new shingles vaccine on Thursday that gave me flue-like symptoms for 2 days, and I didn't eat much. Well I'm sure it won't stay that low, but it was today, so I'm posting it.😀

  • Where do we post our weight? Here? Your post says “tomfit”. Not sure what that is I think it was supposed to say to fit, and the "m" sneaked in where the space should have been.
