Depending on how low you need your carbs, you could look into something like eco-atkins.

non peer-reviewed 'science'. I think i'll wait for confirmation from something peer reviewed. This is the same group that made similar claims about baby food. Dose matters.

The water content of coffee and other caffeine containing beverage far exceeds the extremely modest dehydrating effect of the caffeine they contain, so no they don't dehydrate. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/expert-answers/caffeinated-drinks/faq-20057965…

yes, and the water content of foods counts too.

I'm not sure how to answer this. I'm vegan, but I don't consider that as something i'd associate with my way of eating all that strongly. I'd just say portion control with fairly balanced macros (default mfp). I also practice leangains if as I do feel it helps my appetite, especially as my calories get pretty low as I near…

I've had dominos like that before. I don't mind it on a thin crust pizza, but I wouldn't say it's something I have frequently (I think it's been over a year since I've had something like that).
-
Probably the best benefit is not having to worry about whether or not I'm getting sufficient protein or not, since I acquired so many new people who keep me on track by asking every day.
-
Muffins are just cupcakes with a better marketing dept
-
I used to have them a ton. I stopped mostly because they weren't too filling to me, the protein is pretty low, and the sodium was a bit higher than I liked. I'm a big fan of the 2 curries they have (green and red).
-
I keep seeing products made with it (fake meat-like things), but I've never tried it mostly due to the low protein (I only use vegan meat alternatives for protein).
-
I weigh myself daily, but use a trend weight tracking app (well 2, I use both trendweight.com as well as happyscale). I think whatever you're comfortable with is fine as long as you can track the general trends.

Thin Mint girl scout cookies. They do have palm oil, unfortunately.

hmm i live in atlanta and I don't think i've heard of pure abundance. What stores carry it? I don't think i've seen it in either whole foods or publix (the two stores I usually shop at). edit: but apparently my local whole foods carries it.

chao and miyoko's are my two favorite vegan cheeses. Chao is much more readily available (more so than even daiya in supermarkets near me).

It seems unlikely that it's 4 calories for a can, considering that larger quantities (for example, 20oz bottles with a serving size of the whole bottle) are also labeled as 0 calories.

I was going to try the tesla diet, but I couldn't afford it Seriously, though... https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/gm-diet It looks extremely restrictive for no good reason (at least in the first week). It doesn't have much positive going for it in my opinion, if the above link is an accurate representation of the diet.

I have a nokia body, and I like it (and use it with both trendweight and happyscale). It's just a scale, and if it eases tracking your progress, then I think it's worth it. I don't personally think the body+ (or any bia based measuring) is worth an additional cost, so I only have the basic nokia body. I like that it…

Probably around 1384 or so (assuming sedentary activity level and 1lb loss/week which is the most aggressive that I'd suggest). I've personally just used the mfp suggestion.
-
any starchy veggies are pretty filling to me.
-
I am personally of the opinion that if I feel I need a cheat day, I'm restricting far too much.
-
Orgain is the best for protein. For meal replacers, I use vega, but it's certainly not amazing testing (some people hate it, I don't but I don't think it's amazing either).
-
you should be fine with sedentary activity level.
-
daily using trendweight and happyscale for monitoring. my scale syncs to mfp, but the mfp graph is all over the place and i just ignore it usually.
-
Peanut butter is probably the worst. You've got to be super diligent with measuring for 2T to be 32g. It's usually more like 40-60g which is no longer 1 serving.
-
It feels a bit arbitrary to me, but most people only consider public utilities to be part of the grid, so private infrastructure (for example, cell towers your phone talks to) are not considered on-grid.
-
Eh? Off-grid doesn't mean no electricity. Generators or one of several renewal sources are all options. I'm not a big fan of hers (I think she's harmful for veganism, and her suggestions are neither healthy nor sustainable for most people) but some of these criticisms are silly.

Omnivores in the sense that they have a wide variety of foods to choose from which they can sustain themselves on, sure. Omnivore in the sense that they have to eat every food they can possibly survive on, not so much.

150g (about 1 cup) of strawberries is about 50C

Your absolute weight on the scale doesn't really matter. All that matters is low variance of the scale at the same weight. You're usually using scales to measure progress, not determine your absolute weight. So whichever one you want to believe, use that one everytime and measure yourself at roughly the same time every…
