  • totally agree. and it depends on the day. there are days where my boys are amazing. they play nice together, they do what they are told, and they clean up with out a fight. then there are days where asking them to do something just sends them in to a melt down. and there is nothing you can do but wait for it to pass.
  • oh gosh yes.
  • ha ha ha ha ha that is so true
  • Love these great job
  • oh yes. my kids act like mad men when i am on the phone. they could have been good and playing quietly in the next room but it is like they felt a disturbance in the force and flipped a switch.
  • I find my self doing that any time i have the rare moment to be some where with out my kids. My husband and i just had an anniversary where his brother kept our kids and we went to an amusement park together. we found out self walking through the kiddie section several time talking about all the things the boys could have…
  • amen to that. every one has an opinion about how everyone else raises their kids. just keep it to your self and focus on your own kids :)
  • I dream for the day my kids stop asking me if they can watch me go poop!
  • those are all amazing points. [*] That my sanity would go out the window, not from lack of sleep (was never a problem in our household), but because years of talking to a tiny person has severely retarded my ability to hold normal, non-kid related conversations with others. this one has got to be my favorite too. my…
  • oh man i know that felling. first off my damn 4 year refuses to potty train. will hold it for as long as possible. tried everything and the doc says he just isnt ready. so i never thought i would have to be forcing someone to poop in a toilet. and my kids' breath sticks all the time. i guess they just dont smell it. I have…
  • Me time?? hell i have to request a day off of work and just pretend it is a normal day when i take the kids to day care. then i can go home a relax. but then there is no relaxing in a toddler destroyed house. it is pretty much me requesting a day off just to clean the house.
  • that is the day i am looking forward to
  • awesome advice :)
  • oh yes they can. i used to hate the silence always had to have something on in the back ground. tv. radio. something now silence is my happy place. my kids know how to hit that right pitch that gets my ears poping and screeching.
  • love your approach. I just find my self in weird arguments with my 4 year old. not even like did you do that or no you cant have this arguments. we have full on arguments about like batman and paw patrol and what toys he already has at home (bad thing is i am usually wrong and when we get home he is sure to go find the toy…
  • ROTFL now that is what i am talking about. no one ever popped up with those little pellets of wisdom now did they. and i agree. i lost more sleep when my kids hit 2 and 3 because of nightmares of bumps in the night or just "hey i took a power nap and now lets play" babies were a breeze. couple rough nights but i would take…
  • oh no thats not what i mean. i would never advise not having kids unless you just dont want to have them. i just meant the thing no one thinks to tell you about. Like how my kids will dunk any food in any drink. not kidding: cookies in koolaid, meat loaf in apple juice, bananas in pop. or how telling your kids to pick one…
  • OH MY GOD YES!! AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT FROM!!
  • I know i wouldnt trade them for the world but i sure would like a baby sitter for just one 24 hour span. then maybe i could clean my house in peace
  • I love my kids but have very little maternal instinct as well. good luck to my kids lol
  • you are so lucky. mine are sweet but they are little nightmares when they want to be. which at 2 and 4 they want to be a lot
  • right in there with you all. i dont even want to think about how much i need to lose over all. i just keep setting small goals to get to.
  • You can do this. make sure you have a support system that will keep you accountable. support systems and cheerleaders are two different things.
  • i messaged you :)
  • i know right
  • we are as soon as you hit accept lol
  • Oh wow you know i have never heard that before. But you know, i don't know about you, but when I'm looking through posts i don't judge because, well, its rude to judge. You know whats not rude? when you see a post you don't like..... don't judge and keep on scrolling.
  • this is getting juicy
  • wow now that was deep
  • thats what we are hear for :) I have only really gotten one message buddy out of it but it is at least giving me something to check on every now and then
