working toward small goals may take longer than drastic changes but it keeps you from going insane while dieting. replacing bad sweets with just kind of bad sweets is one step closer to not wanting sweets at all. I have the same problem everyone says im to hard on my self. but really its my own fault i got this bad. i cant seem to get past 13lbs. i try and try and then end up falling off the wagon again and gaining it back. but i always get back on it.

Work on getting your self right and then other things will fall in place. i found that you really truly find what you are looking for when you finally stop looking for it.

Just dont let that be a habit. keep a protein bar in your gym bag for when you are that hungry. but look at the up side. you got your cardio in :)

i know that feeling. i get stuck in the trap a lot. ill just take a day off and before i know it i have made up excuses all week for why i cant work out. So way to go in standing up against yourself and getting the work out in. I bet you feel better now too dont you :)

I am getting better with the low carb. I cant handle the fasting diet. with out eating my body crashes really bad and with working and 2 boys i can risk the crash. im not a big sweet person im just a big pasta and bread person but im getting better at it.

We bought a inflatable hot tub back in the spring and i have found that it helps me a lot too. but i know a few Fibro people that heat makes it worse

it is. it is about twice as hard and wears me out twice as fast but i dont want to over estimate the calories it burns

I bought a bike and now we all go on family bike rides. that has made working out really easy with the family. Im a daily logger too. you can add me. I gained 50lbs with my first son and then came in 20 lbs under after having my second because i was horribly sick the whole time. now they are 2 and 4 and i can blame my weight on baby weight. it is time to shed the pounds. i have 100 lbs to loose.
