no i mean that is all we are allowed to have between breaks. no other food is allowed on the fllor. not even in my desk. I bring snacks and lunch but i cant get them out till lunch time and that is still an hour and a half away.

yes i do walk around quite a bit. get in about 6,000 steps before i even leave work most days. Thing that really sucks ifs the only thing we can eat here is hard cards. so it is everywhere for any one that wants it so i have to keep distracted of i will eat it with out thinking.

Hmmm that is a tough one. I guess when i used to work for a big grocery store and it was lunch time i would just pick something out and take it to the break room and eat it with out buying it. how about you??

oh i agree but i have to admit that breakfast foods are my weakness. expesally fast food breakfast sandwich. an i know me if i dont fit those breakfast foods in then i will start uncontrollably craving the unhealthy ones. so i make breakfast for dinner once a week and oat meal to go for breakfasts and bacon for llunch just…

I hope it works for you. I have never done any of the flax stuff. i also cant stand greek yogurt. I use Kroger's carb master yogurt. it tastes amazing with only 5 carbs lol. you got to try new things to see what you like

I have been tring to do that in the mornings but my mornings are too busy to baby sit eggs and bacon on the stove. I have found that exercise helps with my insomnia. or i guess it may just wear me out to the point i crash lol. but im finding since ive started the dieting i am more sensory sensitive.
