@quiltingjaine I just try to stay under 110-150 carbs and keep my protein intake higher. I don't crave as many sweets or get as hungry when I do this. It's not full-on keto, that low of carbs definitely doesn't agree with me. I need to have a moderate amount to keep my energy up. :) Thanks for your comment!

You'll get it! Keep on doing what you're doing and it'll happen! When you have less weight to lose it usually comes off much slower and is more difficult. Be proud of the work and commitment you're putting in! :) P.s. per your weigh-in post - I totally gain water weight around my TOM and also mid-cycle!
