Female, 34. I'm 5'0 and weigh 108 lbs. I would like to get to 105 and then maintain. I am currently set to lightly active and eat none of my exercise calories back because of that. MFP has me at 1300 cals a day to lose .5 lb a week. Started at over 250 lbs 3 years ago.
