My goal weight is 125-130 lbs. I am 136 lbs. today. I have been "dieting" / counting calories for one and a half years! My highest weight was 200 lbs. and I started counting at 190 lbs.

Thanks for the truth bomb, lol. It's given me a lot to think about. You're right. I've been in the mindset of wanting to change for so long that it really is a rut that's hard to break out of. Thank you! I know. I've learned so much and changed a lot of my habits but some are still lingering (emotional eating).
