Try to fill up with water additionally. It sometimes helps to silence the worst feeling go hunger. Of course it also increases the need for bathroom breaks, which can be counterproductive on a crazy day.

You can do lots of strength training at home. If you do body weight exercises you don't even need any equipment. And if you want to lift a weight, go lift baby (safely, of course, but honestly, people do this and some babys like it quite a bit).

Not that I could help you, but people who know their way around this would need you location. I think those competitions are set up in local "leagues" that you fight your way up to national. Where I live, there are (nearly) no professionals so anyone participating is an amateur anyway.

Not a breakfast person here. I currently am on an oatmeal streak, but I have been known to eat cake, toast with cream cheese, leftovers from dinner, leftovers from desserts, potato salad leftovers, rice crisps with chocolate spread and protein shakes for breakfast. And much more. Basically anything (or nothing).

Today was exhausting, so I am checking in before I fall asleep on the couch. In the end I powered through. Work is very stressful and I am worried about my bf.
