I generally am home anyway, home schooling son. We operate out of the upstairs and kitchen is downstairs. Checking in neighbors! No exercise yet today but I am going to YMCA pool class this evening. And I made turkey salad today (and froze leftover turkey). Kid took a look at it and turned his nose up. I go to the YMCA pool. I can go slow or hard, take classes or just be on my own, and the only complaint is they should turn the pool warmer sometimes! I don't have to be afraid of falling, the pool is only 5 feet deep, and I do not get as tired or hurt as the regular floor classes. Don't know if this is an option for you…

I was told 125 and I am a short 5'7 meaning with age, I am really about 5'6 now. I don't remember being 125 so who knows. Will see when I drop. My smallest clothes are 14s or 34 waist so that might be a hint.

I am trying IF and so far, I think it is great for me. I fast from 6 pm thru 10 am. Solves late night boredom so snack habit I used. And I don't get out of bed and instantly start thinking food.
