I don't track water but I do drink a lot during the day. Water that is.

I exercise 5-6 days a week including an hour on weights and an additional hour on the treadmill. I am averaging about 1200-1400 calorie intake a day and don't feel hungry. I put in a nonstick fry pan with just a very light coating of cooking spray. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let it cook then add a little buffalo sauce or dip in a touch of BBQ. Had it last night. Light and yummy.
