I definitely do NOT count my coffee as water intake. The reason I track my water is for hydration purposes and since coffee is a diuretic and therefore dehydrating, it would be 100% counterproductive for me to count it towards my water intake.

Could you share the link to the video you found if you get a chance? I'm completely new. Tried two of the sequences listed in the original post for today, but a video would be great to check my form. I'll be looking on YouTube, but I like to try the ones that get good feedback :smile:
