I so empathize with you here. if I am bored or unoccupied...that's me right there. but I've made a promise with myself.... no matter how bad it gets... a cup or two of decaf with stevia first. which will give time to make a healthier choice.

02 June Macros: 94g protein, total carbs 14g, net carbs 5g, 49g of fat SW - 231.8 in this group CW - 230.6 Loss - 1.2 I have found that sticking to the fast 18:6 have got easier. Another high point is that my focus is shifting from continuously eating to remembering to eat. Tweeking to lower protein.

I thought I would struggle in the beginning IF (4 days ago) but it has actually been easier than starting low carb. I'm trying to reach the full 16 but at the moment 15 - 15.5 is where I actually notice the hunger building. My question is.... do you break a fast with protein or fat?
