Hello. I am happy you're still here and trying as we all know this isn't easy. Goals are wonderful but try not to be too hard on yourself. We've all crawled before walking and walked before the sprint! Baby steps my friend. Stay encouraged and remain accountable to yourself and you'll win.

Yes, it stays hot here. I'd say the most important part is the logging of calories before anything so if you can't get outdoors adjust the diet. Try searching for basic indoor exercises that use kinetics and stationary/lightweight objects. Any physical activity is a plus even in the comfort of your own home.

Congratulations! Keep at it.

I'm an O as well and never heard of this. Tinkerbellang83 has the right idea. Works just fine for me. Best to you!

Not sure about the ap but I'd say log your meals and make the adjustments from there. I've noticed there is a section here that allows you to see the foods and meal ideas that would benefit your goals but that is an upgrade. Good luck!

Me too! Welcome.

I would suggest to simply log your calories first. This way you can see exactly what and how much you are consuming. It was definitely a wake-up call for me and has allowed me to remain accountable. Best of luck to you.

Yes. I usually will have a protein shake as a snack or in conjunction with breakfast (one egg, slice of turkey bacon). The key for me has been reducing portion sizes along with juicing. This has increased my total daily fruit/veggie servings and it is very filling and satisfying thus reducing cravings.
