I am definitely one that gets the blues with the end of summer. I hate cold and snow, and am really affected by the diminished daylight. Motivation to exercise is going to get tougher. but I am determined to keep it up to some degree. I do try to focus on the unique aspects of fall, but I can't say the same for winter.…

I planned to go to the gym but was surprised when it was sunny and 50 this afternoon. I went on a run, did some stretching and walked a bit. ICY to add one new exercise to your fitness plan for the upcoming week.

It is pretty thick for me; I eat it wth a spoon. Are you using frozen banana? I just use what ever banana size I grab, 1 cup of almond milk and then stuff as much ice in as I can fit in the bullet container.

@snowshoe072 Yes to the air fryer. It does a great job with unhealthy foods, lol, but I use it regularly to roast veggies. It preheats quickly and the small space really makes a difference in concentrating the heat to brown/crisp foods. I made Brussell Sprouts just yesterday and they were great. I have the Ninja Foodie…
