I didn’t do well today :( I tracked through lunch and then ended up eating a giant bowl of popcorn and a donut. I blame PMS and a sick kiddo but I know I still need to choose to do better despite that. Wish me luck for tomorrow!

I’m Kathleen, 28 years old, and mom to a 16 month old. I was about 25 pounds overweight before pregnancy and then I gained a ton of weight during pregnancy.
