I may not be the best person to give this advice but getting too concerned with details results in yo-yo dieting and gets you fat again. That's exactly what happened to me XD A calorie-deficit seems more realistic long-term. Either way hopefully it works out for us both :)

Perfect! I'll try this out. Maybe shrimps, almonds (for protein and fats(, with a low amount to prevent too much hunger and get those calories to meet the mark for the day.
