Best.... Watching the Jets comeback and beat Nashville, fitting into size 32 jeans for the first time in over 2 years, and starting a 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups program. Worst.... actually can't think of a worst part for a change :)

Best...... Crushing my workout even though I worked 11 hours and was burnt out Worst..... my food choices. Even though it was nice for a homeowner to buy the crew iced caps and donuts, it was wasted calories on junk food. Good thing I crushed a workout, I guess.
