It's nice that people can talk about this. Fitness and mental health go together well. I feel incredibly fragile so overprotective brain Is saying don't exercise.

Thank you. Yes I love walking and do lots most day's. My goal was to do weights but wondering if I should put weights on hold until I get used to these.

I'm going on anxiety medication and wonder while my body gets used to them should I hang fire. Not sleeping also makes me wonder if it's worth waiting. I don't particularly want to take these but I've hit a point where I need help. Exercise is something I'd like to keep up as long as I can but wonder if rest is better…

Thank you so much I'll definitely look out for that. Yes focus is key I think and been able to manage it better. I've got an exercise programme I'm going to print out which will be a good start. I'm feeling confident that exercise will help.

My skin has got better since stopping wearing it. I'm enjoying my bare time but will wear it again. Probably invest in some good products In future as a treat

I have felt better not wearing it because I know it will improve skin. I have felt happier not spending so much of my time trying to look perfect. I'll wear it again but for now I'm enjoying feeling liberated and happier within myself

Thank you. Is that program on here. I don't mind putting few pounds on. Definitely can't get any leaner lol. Need muscle then I can kiss goodbye to the last bits of stubborn fat. Thank you. I can't financially afford to eat loads of protein so probably won't reach my goals but I might get close
