Good advice above. Buy whatever you need that suits the workouts that you like to do. As for the bike, get a really good quality one. I have a commercial spin bike and it's fabulous.

I love avocado, all the above are good ideas. If you are after a quick snack avocado on rice crackers is fantastic. Bacon, egg and avocado for breakfast. In a salad for lunch or dinner and google avocado chocolate mousse for dessert. Lots of ways to enjoy avocado!

Yes, I'm off sugar in all forms including fruit. Mostly eating green veggies, protein and fat. Had a cabbage stir fry with pine nuts for dinner, it was great. The thing is I love good fresh food, I know what to do, I've done it all before many times, it's just my addiction gets in the way. No more. I've really had enough.
