Someone once told me if I'm hungry eat an apple if I don't want an apple I'm not hungry. So everytime i want a snack I say that to myself. Works about 75% of the time!

I'm 65, 5'2.5" and weigh 165. If I don't exercise how many calories should I eat daily to lose 40-50 lbs? I have always been on the thin side. Started gaining weight the closer I got to 60. Yes I started eating more and moving less. I do not have any health problems.

Keep up the good work! I have found that you will gain endurance with walking and eventually you will be amazed with yourself. If you have a walking app use it!
