My "petty" motivation presently is I want to be noticeably smaller by Thanksgiving. They haven't seen me in months haven't posted much about my weight loss on social media for that reason as well

I started using home delivery. Or if I'm grabbing something for the day I just throw in my backpack, I dont really like carrying things.

I started with over 100 lbs to lose, and so I shoot for 10 lbs a month. There's great threads here that have weekly weigh ins that help keep me accountable.

The simplest way to be active is walk. Walk with the kids, listen to a podcast or audiobook. Days I can't get to the gym I try to at least get my 10000 steps

I've flown 300+ lb many times with no issue, never used an extender (my ego would never let me). I never heard of having to buy 2 seats in real life, only on television.

As a New Englander, I feel the pain. It's cold in the morning but hot by time I get out of work. Sometimes the reverse is true. I have lost 60 lbs since April so some of my clothes don't fit the same. I want to light the grill this weekend while I'm looking at flights for Thanksgiving. Oh and then daylight saving time.…

I do a 16:8 fast, honestly it could be considered more. I eat during the workday, breakfast, lunch, snack go to the gym after and that's it for the day. When I'm home I just try to stay busy before bed

Congrats! I understand the plight, I hate "have you lost weight" but now that I have it's like, so NO ONE notices this?!?!?

I prefer to get up and go in the morning but during the workweek I do evenings

This is probably my biggest struggle, I now do IF where I just don't eat after 6pm. When I get home I just find something to keep me busy until it's time for bed. If I'm out or have company I'll indulge but that's maybe a few times a month, if that.
