I burned out awhile back when I pushed myself too hard, it was during a jog where I wanted to run faster than what my body could handle, I took a month off so my body could heal and get back to form and slowly ease myself back into running. Nowadays, I learned to listen to my body and learn when to back off.

Do you, if you have that much will power, then go for it, if you're not active at all, you probably consume more calories than all of the fit active people who consume a thousand more but only netted 500 at the end of the day.

I tried Halo Top for the first time, it was okay, paid $6 for 300 calories just to find out if it was worth it, I think 300 calories of regular ice cream ( about a cupful) is more economical, taste better and makes more sense to consume.

100%, it's one half of why I lost over 120 pounds( other half is MFP). I don't use a tracker, just my Android phone, I was able to either maintain my weight indefinitely or lose and adjust my steps or calories depending how much I'm eating or I'm walking.

It's probably just flabs and not loose skin, which is normal and you can get regardless if you lost 100 pounds or you gain 20 without ever being obese.

I don't get how one hot dog is 200 calories. It's not particularly fatty or oiky and chicken breast of equal ounce measurement is half the calories so where are all this calories from?
