I do side bends and leg raises.

You're fast and it took me a year of weekly 5ks to get to that time, this is not something you can achieve right away especially if you started at morbidly obese like I did. Proud of your progress.

After I lost weight, I got comments but a couple of months went by and they got used to it. No problem.

I've improve my running, I run only 5ks and never anything higher by losing weight and weightlifting, I used to run 45 minutes 5k, I just ran a 24:59 second 5k this week. I deadlift, squat, lunge, leg press , leg curls side bends and leg raises to strengthen my legs and core. You have to progressively get stronger from…

I pretend to eat, I also take my share and put it in a bag to take home and I'll eat it when I have calories available. I sometimes provide snacks.

I belong to one gym, no classes, I just lift and I lift heavy enough to stimulate but not wear me down. My squat and deadlift went from 250 to 375 pounds in almost 8 months. You just gotta pace yourself and find your comfort zone and it will be very enjoyable.

I did and completed T25 awhile back when I was morbidly obese, other programs were too difficult for me. I will tell you this, I developed a firm core especially abdominal from it but you wouldn't know visually as it was hidden by fats.

I just put my walking app on pause and go with whatever the elliptical said I burned

Changing into gun clothes then hit the idon, pumping myself up mean I don't want to workout? I actually do like working out so never felt the need to psyche myself up. I'm thinking you are doing too much you don't like it in which case you need to find the weights or pace of the workout so it can be something you do…

Nothing, I was also asked how many months was I! I'm a guy though and it was obviously a pun on my belly 😂. I didn't take offense mainly as abdominal fat is whatever to me, I don't care.

I'd like to try the first one.

Don't tell yourself anything, just " do" and keep on.

You get lines on your face from facial movement, just the same as the lines that are in your palms, thus to lessen the line you have to stop movement, so people inject Botox to " freeze" the face.
