I've been using Suave kids shampoo, I can use it everyday and it doesn't dry my hair out, it's very mild. I'm going to try baby shampoo next.

I was finally able to do one a day had enough in the tank to crank out another but I then had develop back pain the next day.

Thanks for the numbers, I was wondering how exactly they calculate it, so someone like me for example with a 1717 BMR can be Sedentary and eat 2146 calories to maintain my weight ASSUMING I am burning 400 calories everyday from normal everyday life activities. That number is pretty big actually, I just came from the gym…
-
Sedentary. Which by the way does not mean you're a couch potato, but in the context of calorie counting, sedentary means you're burning at the minimum of 300+ calories per day on top of what your body is burning everyday just to live (BMR).

Just don't smoke. Recognize and appreciate the positive physical changes that are happening to you two weeks in.

Lower body day and ab work.

Lose weight, lift heavy.
-
Upper body today, got a good pump in.

I've been lifting heavy and running for a whole year without sore calf's, the other day I did elliptical and now my calf's are sore and I only did that for ten minutes!

Your BMI is 31 and you're two points away from going obese to overweight. Don't be stressed. Something happened to me when I crossed into that territory and I was thinking to myself " so that's why overweight and obesity have their own category!" Even though for the longest time I thought they were the same thinge, more or…

When I deadlifted, I'd be huffing and puffing and sweating, I don't really feel the need to do cardio.

Not just overnight but during the day too.

Im an assumer apparently as I am learning this about myself at work, simple stuff like assuming who is on the end of the phone call, my boss makes it a point nowadays to ask if I'm assuming. I thought he was an *kitten* at first but Ii really am an assumer and i am deconstructing my habits and learning to get facts…

I've never seen either of those types at the gym here.

I love running under the rain, it's water after all and it cools you down while your body heats up as you run. The route I run is usually pack with people unless it rains so I get the place all to myself and I can just run shirtless without a care in the world lol.
-
I think your paces are reasonable given your height and weight and that you've only been running for about a year and running at a "conversational" pace. If you want to go sub 30, as someone who's the same height/ as you, you gotta run just hard enough not to keep over lol We're overweight though and there's room for…

Did you not get faster when you lost 50 pounds? What was your pace 50 pounds ago and what is it now? Just curious as We are the same height and weight and when I was 225 ( 50 pounds ago), I was stuck with a 40 minute till I went below obesity and ran 26 minute 5k.
-
Not to double post but MFP took away the edit function, if you want to "get faster" and I put that in quotation because, you're not going your top end speed from point A to point B but rather your going your medium speed, get what I'm saying? Your medium speed will improve dramatically as you lower your BMI. Lift weights…

What is your BMI?
-
900 calories burn above your BMR.
-
Really nice! I'm hovering at 135, any tips to improve to 220?
-
My journey is exactly like yours, I once hovered at 38 minutes for months. Improvement does come with weight loss. Keep at it.

Being non pc and whining about it is the new PC, what a bunch of clowns.
-
None, I will pig out.

Theres not much that embarrass me when I go to the gym except My bench press warm up on the first set is 65 pounds, so I have two tiny 10 pound weights on a barbell. Lol I'm pretty sure alot of people laugh at me and I'm over it, I won't be stopping anytime soon, I love working out and I feel like I'm getting stronger,…
-
Keep it up! Good progress.

To have 1 million more wishes.

You can game and be active too, I like doing both.

The average pace for your age is 11 minutes per mile.
