Gotcha. I was thinking you were talking more about a few dates in. Only way I would pick someone up on a first date is if I either already knew them, or got to know them quite extensively beforehand via calls, etc. Otherwise, as mentioned, I'd prefer to meet them there for both our sakes. I don't like having anything…

Not that it isn't appreciated. But, there is a mom bod thread. :)

Beans 'n weenie in a blanket?

You mean stuff in the car, and on the cell phone? If so, my car is relatively clean, and almost empty (in the far back is a small storage container with emergency med kit, supplies, etc.). But, otherwise, about the only thing one may find in passenger area is an umbrella, a map book, couple pens and owner's manual and…

While I have no issues if whoever I'm dating drives. I generally prefer to drive there as it gives the person I'm with a chance to unwind, and not have to worry about the road. To me, it's a small gesture to them, similar to opening a car door. CA traffic does allow for a lot of roadway conversations. Especially if you're…

I'm not easily offended either. But, there's lines of what's acceptable behavior and isn't. That's what I'm getting at more than being offended.

Umm, no. Ugh, I can't fathom how some people think it's appropriate to do that without checking first. Know your audience. It's like telling a really inappropriate joke to someone. Know if they're going to take offense to it...

Mutual interests are best. Comedy club, etc. Unless you know them well, I say meet them there for safety reasons. Otherwise, if you already know one another, then I see no issues with picking one person up from the home and driving there together. Makes for good conversation on the way.

I've had a few women say they were glad I sent them an unsolicited D pic...

I think it depends on the browser. Currently, I'm using Edge and see her emojis just fine.

Just started reading The Passion of Command.

So much to do, in such a short amount of time. But, it's all worth it.

Haha, it was with good intentions. I really can't carry a tune at all.

Haha, years ago I was slow dancing with my (ex)wife and started softly singing with the music. She stopped looked up at me and asked me to never sing to her again.

Maybe. ;)

Haha, yep!

Some have given up the guy parts to have their lady bits...

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Guys seem to struggle with that all the time.

And here I thought you were talking about the guacamole dip...
-
Really? That's kind of cool, actually. :)

Did you have a bit of melted ice cream on your chin when you posted a selfie?
-
It hasn't gone unnoticed nor unappreciated! ;)

It was a lot of fun. I think I took well over 100 different photos that night, different angles, lighting, etc. trying to get some good shots. I think I came away with three that I liked. One of which I want to frame and put on my wall.

Were you shy when you first asked your wife out for a date? ;)

I generally avoid them. Never got into setting off my own, nor do I get a lot of enjoyment from going to them due to crowds. Couple of years ago, I had an opportunity to work behind the scenes which I liked:

Yeah, I really don't discuss call specifics outside of anyone that was on the call or need to know. Then, once they're documented and closed, I tend to forget them unless something very specific stands out.
-
I dread the day I ever get summoned to court for a call I went on.
