Thank you for your tip. I don't have any details yet, as I just started on this app today. But you can see my food and exercise diary for today. I eat the same thing almost everyday and do the same exercise, apart from switching up the dinner. But I keep it healthy similar to what I had.

I added you. I have been eating right and working out for about a month now minus a few cheat days here and there. So far I have not seen any results whatsoever. I am a little disappointed so I'm looking for motivation as well.
