I use a couple of ounces of vanilla premier protein as a creamer (from the 11oz container). It is low in fat and carbs and has a great amount of protein. It mixes fantastic. Sometimes I will use the chocolate premier protein to make my coffee mocha like.

I talk too much, I talk too loud and my mouth sometimes gets me in trouble.

I set my diet at maintenance calories, with high protein, mid range fat and then enough carbs for daily workout energy. I consume 90% of my carbs before daily workout my calories in addition to fat and protein and then eat the rest of my daily calories after I work out and before I log my work out at the end of the day.
