Firstly, I thought the idea of MFP was to support each other? Not sure why I'm getting so much attitude? Secondly, I always ensure I have done my research before I criticize people, companies, or choices someone has made. Perhaps you should do the same?

Not new to MFP but starting back again. Age 36, Mom and Wife, 5'9" and a weightloss goal of 79 lbs (74 as of today still to go). Daily Logger. I would love to get friends with similar goals, etc. Feel free to add me!

I totally get it. I had a calorie deficit each day for the last week. I was just mentioning that one of those days was a cleanse day. Really it's no different than Intermittent Fasting. I was still getting my daily nutrients and vitamins.
