Thank you all for the advice! I definitely intend to stop and walk when I need it, as I know it's just for fun, but I do like to push myself. If I only did what was easy and fun for me at all times, I don't think I'd be in a very good place. So yes, I abhor running, and yes, it's just for fun, but I'd still like to train…

I'm the same way! I was never a big drinker but since I've taken a liking to craft beers I've been really heartily sipping on those empty calories. It's a struggle, haha.

Of course! I appreciate the input. I can typically go about 2 miles when I haven't been running for a while. I'm not a runner by any means but I do like to keep active so I can usually whip 2 miles out of my *kitten*, haha. With the blessings and good will of my physician, do you think it would be a reasonable goal for me?…

I haven't been running lately. Every time I try to jump into running after not having run for a while, I'm good for about 2 miles before I feel like I'm about to die. :lol: So I'd say I can probably do 2 miles but definitely no more than that. Any tips for getting myself in shape for a 5k in about a month?

I think essential oils are useful for things like headaches, congestion, stress, etc. but not for weight loss. They can probably help in that they're soothing and if you're a stress eater it might be useful to keep a diffuser going? But I don't think they actually cause weight loss. :frowning:
