@Jen-967: Wow! 51 pounds is an amazing loss especially for 2020! I gained 40 pounds and I'm very impressed by anyone who lost during last year. It's very encouraging to read about successes and one of the reasons that I rejoined the challenge! Good luck in 2021!

Hello, Everyone! I am excited to be participating again. I had quite a digression from my plan and ended up putting on 40 pounds since March of 2020. (Super bummed about the gain.) I've been taking small steps towards getting back on track. This challenge will help!

Just found this thread. I lost 80 pounds in 2018 and 2019 and gained 40 of it back in 2020. I finally started reining myself back in last week.
