Thank you! I'll definitely be going to try some on. Find a happy medium that'll smooth but be comfier :) I would definitely feel more confident with some smoothing out!

Thank you! I'll look for something like that, when I've tried shapewear I found it rolls down around my ribs but maybe if it has the bra built in then that would work better!

I am right there with you! I would suggest running your numbers as someone suggested and also start weighing your food. Its not askhch a pain as it sounds and its really eye opening even if we think we are eyeballing amounts correctly. Even an extra tbsp of peanut butter a day can add up to hundreds of calories a week.…

I'm 5'5" and 174 lbs. I eat 1600 calories a day, (I saw a dietitian who based my calorie goal off my height, weight and the levels I workout 6 days a week). Since seeing her I lose 2 lbs a week if I keep up with my exercise. When I hurt myself and couldn't work out (and still ate 1600/day) I maintained. I'm really happy…
