Yea I saw the commercials for them and started watching them and I got my girl hooked on it and we love it I think the next show I want to watch is into the badlands. Has anyone watched it and if you have what is your opinion on that show

When you bulk the fat comes with it aim for about ten to 20 pounds over your target weight so when you cut you will be toned and at your targeted weight

Eat more and if your a hard gainer you only need to be in the gym about 3 days a week or your body will burn up all those calories if you want to stay in the gym that frequent then you need to be eating over 3k calories. I’m a hard gainer and tried that diet and I had to increase to my amount now just to put on weight and…
