My motivation is that once I get started I can see the improvement in everything from the roundness of my face to the reduction of my butt. It makes me feel good to look better. Even a few pounds has already made the difference. Plus, it's the knowledge that what used to be my "fat" number is now my "skinny" number. lol

Well, I struggle to stay motivated, and it's only been five days! I think the key word is "commitment." The only thing working for me is very tiny victories, like being a bit proud that I stayed true to a diet, one meal at a time. And now it's five days. So, I guess just get the ball rolling and then reflect on each little…
