I love them, especially the Elric, Corum and Hawkmoon sequences.

Nope. The sword tattooed down my spine is Stormbringer - the demon runesword of Elric, Lord of Dragons from Michael Moorcock's eternal champion books. My middle name is Elric... so the sword and dragons. Some of the others are album covers - definitely nothing GOT.

Not all protein shakes are equally nasty. When I first started out on this, I tried the Sci MX Raspberry Ripple Ultra Whey - thought I'd love it as I'm seriously addicted to raspberries. Turns out it's without doubt one of the nastiest things I've ever put in my mouth and the only way I could get it down was to drink it as…

Failing to find anything else, I went round again (Nobody walks into Mordor? What? He did? Twice?!). Still hoping something else appears.

Whoops! I did it again!

This is just this year's walks.

90 more miles and I've made it round for the second time!

Coffee.

Looks like another milestone will be crushed underfoot very soon!
-
242 miles for September. Total for the year so far: 2273

There were indeed squirrels - about 6 miles further back. :) I try and ensure there's always squirrels on my walk - they're infinitely preferable to all the humans!

That is indeed the sea behind me. Surf doesn't really get much along the beach by Bournemouth and Poole - doesn't stop people trying though. It does have more than it's share of kite-surfers though.

Homeward bound after 8 miles of a 10 mile walk.
