I’m at 1200 cal but I can increase calories by upping my activity. Try sync with map my walk or map my hike. I started 29October and 15 lbs have vanished. I’m 68 years old

We don’t have any difficulty peeling hard boiled eggs whether or not they are fresh or old. We place eggs in a pot, add cold water to cover, put on stove, turn element in high.
