I'd love to join the 2019 Walking Challenge. Walking is my favorite activity along with Yin yoga. I'm in Florida so I get to walk outside most days, I especially enjoy beach walking.

One day at a time. You can do this, add me as a friend if you want. Several are over 70 and have done great things.

Cardio 5 days a week worked for me. Could barely last 15 minutes when I started and now I do 50-60 minutes. At the same time I changed my eating habits and have lost 30 lbs over the past 2 years. By the way I didn’t start until I was 68.

Oh yea. The big 70 here.

Turned 70 this year. I'd rather wear out than rust out so I'm on here to stay active.

I've been practicing for 8+ years and teaching for 5. My favorite style and personal practice is Yin but I also teach and enjoy Gentle yoga.

Hey Sue, I'm retired, like coffee, practice and teach yoga.

Check out Jade Mats. Excellent for hot yoga and not slippery at all. Not inexpensive but I have one I've used most days for the past 6 years.
